4N26 Optocoupler, Phototransistor Output, with Base Connection Breadboard-Friendly IC DIP-6



A Photocoupler is the most common and preferred choice for providing isolated feedback in regulation loop. The 4N26 family is an industry standard single channel phototransistor coupler. Each optocoupler consists of gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor.
